Our refund policy offers a full refund within 7 days if the work has not been started yet, or if you are not satisfied with our service after receiving the first draft. Final artwork files will only be delivered once the full project payment has been completed.
3. Rights and Ownership
Upon final and full payment, all commercial rights to the illustrations are transferred entirely to you. We do not use AI in any of our projects, which means all work is created manually. You own the artwork and are free to use it for publishing, merchandise, promotion, and all related products. We do not retain any royalties or ongoing claims to your book's earnings.
4. Client Responsibilities
To help us complete your project on time, we need you to provide all required materials, such as your final manuscript and any reference images, and to share feedback promptly during the sketch and revision stages. If there are delays in receiving these items or feedback, the project timeline may need to be adjusted.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any printing errors once the final files have been approved by you. We are also not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms, such as publishing services like Amazon KDP or problems related to website hosting.
