The Process of Creating Children’s Book Illustrations
We follow a simple, step-by-step process to turn your ideas into beautiful children’s book illustrations.
Creating the Illustrations
In this step, we carefully read your instructions and create a sketch for each scene. The sketch is shared with you for approval, and we make any changes you request. Once approved, we move on to coloring and share the final version of the children’s book illustration with you. You are welcome to request any color changes at this stage.
Designing the Book Cover
Once your illustrations are ready, we design the front, back, and spine of your book cover. Our children’s book cover design aims to be visually appealing, professional, and perfectly aligned with your story. It is fully optimized for all major self-publishing platforms, and you can request unlimited revisions until you are completely satisfied.
Formatting the Book
After completing the illustrations and cover, we format your book for eBook and print. We place the text and picture book illustrations in the correct order, with text on the left and artwork on the right. We also add the title, copyright, and dedication pages. If text needs to go on the illustrations, we handle that in Step 2.
