Terms of Service
Our Terms Policy explains how our website and services work, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you. It’s designed to keep everything clear, fair, and transparent so you can use our services with confidence and trust.
1. Project Agreement and Scope
The project scope (number of illustrations, style, deadlines, and pricing) is agreed upon before the first payment. If the project scope changes significantly after the sketch stage begins, for example, if you request a new character or a major change in setting, we will discuss a fair adjustment to the timeline and cost before proceeding.
2. Payments and Refunds
We require a small advance payment to begin the first illustration, followed by the remaining balance either in full or through an installment plan after the initial draft is approved. Our refund policy allows for a full refund within 7 days if the work has not yet been started or delivered. Final artwork files are delivered only after the total project fee has been successfully paid.
3. Rights and Ownership
Upon final and full payment, all commercial rights to the illustrations are transferred entirely to you. You own the artwork and are free to use it for publishing, merchandise, promotion, and all related products. We do not retain any royalties or ongoing claims to your book's earnings.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure we meet the agreed-upon deadlines, we rely on you to provide all necessary assets (like your final manuscript or reference images) and timely feedback during the sketch and revision stages. Delays in receiving these items may require us to adjust the project schedule.

Our website may contain links to third‑party websites (e.g., YouTube, Amazon, or external blog posts) We are not responsible for the content or policies of those websites.
Changes to Terms

Frequently Asked Questions
Find simple and clear answers to the most frequently asked questions about our illustration process, including sketches, revisions, book covers, formatting, and project timelines.
We begin by talking with you to understand your ideas clearly. You can share your thoughts or written descriptions for each illustration. Once we receive your ideas, we create a sketch and send it to you for review and feedback. Once the sketch is approved, we move on to coloring. We share the colored version with you, and you can request any changes before we finalize it.
We offer unlimited revisions during the sketch stage and minor revisions after final coloring, to make sure you’re fully happy. We always follow the instructions you give us. If you request a completely different sketch during revisions, there will be an extra charge. A revision means minor changes. For example, changing a character’s clothing is fine. But adding a brand-new character that wasn’t in your original instructions would not be considered a revision.
Once all illustrations are complete, we create the front, back, and spine of your children’s book cover. We make it eye-catching, professional, and a perfect match for your story. The cover is optimized for all major publishing platforms like Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, D2D, Barnes & Noble, BookBaby, Lulu, and more. You can request unlimited revisions for 100% satisfaction.
